Several tips for rubber joint installation:
1,When installing the rubber joint, it is strictly forbidden to install the rubber joint at the position of the super-displacement limit. When the rubber joint is laid flat, suspended or vertically mounted, the actual working axial displacement pressure of the rubber joint is less than the support force of the pipe. Otherwise, a pull-out device should be installed to prevent it from being pulled off during work.
2. The pipe must be secured by a fixed bracket or a fixed pallet, and the force of the fixed pallet must be greater than the axial force. For vertical and axial installations, the ends of the product should be fitted with appropriate mounting brackets and trays to prevent them from being pressed or pulled down during work.
3.The mounting bolts should be placed symmetrically and tightened step by step to prevent leakage. In addition, the source of heat should be sourced during the installation process. At the same time, you should also avoid using media that do not meet the requirements of this product.
4. When installing flexible rubber joints in pipes, the rubber joints must be kept in the most natural state, and artificial changes should be avoided. In addition, the flange connected to the rubber joint should be a valve flange or a flange conforming to GB / T9115.1 (RF).
5.The most suitable medium for flexible rubber joints is ordinary water, and the temperature ranges from 0 to 60 degrees Celsius. For those special media, such as oil, acid, alkali, high temperature and other corrosive and hard materials should be considered, not blindly used and should not be universally applicable.
6.It is strictly forbidden to wear the surface sealing layer during the transmission installation and handling of the rubber joint. The rubber joint should be re-pressurized and finally put into service at the initial pressure (eg installation pressure test) or after a long-term cessation of use.
7.Test products with an inner diameter of 100 mm or more every six months. In the test of these two samples, if one product test is unqualified, then the other two samples should be tested for the center of gravity. If there is still a fault, the batch of the product will be judged as unqualified.
