Henan Lanphan Product Knowledge Training

Summary : At the first Monday after practice, company manager and two product managers spent an entire morning to consolidate what we learned and saw at factory, also extend the knowledge.

At the end of June, Henan Lanphan organized all staffs to practice at factory and enhance the learning of product knowledge, manufacturing technology and process.

At the first Monday after practice, company manager and two product managers spent an entire morning to consolidate what we learned and saw at factory, also extend the knowledge. The emphasis of this training is product strategy, client benefits, product lines, price strategy, competitive products, industry knowledge, client cases and so on.

Lanphan aware that only learning product knowledge can’t meet the requirements for an excellent seller, a good seller always has special opinions towards products, this opinions is gradually obtained during long-term selling practice.

After review, Lanphan requires all sellers to write articles about product and factory introduction, then took advantages of daily morning meeting, sellers introduced the factory and product by one person per day.

Presentation

During presentation, the “client group” which composed by general manger, two product mangers and technicist, will raise questions at any time, this further tested the proficiency of knowledge grasp and on-the-spot performance ability.

With the presentation day by day, our sellers performed better and better. When newly meet a customer, we can briefly introduce the Henan scenic spots and history. Upon arrived at factory, we should firstly introduce the factory personnel ratio and department duty, then lead customers to visit workshops by the order of product manufacturing process, and have a detailed introduction for equipments and technology. Meanwhile, we can let customers know what qualifications we have obtained and our product superiority.

Through this training, I believe that all Lanphan staffs have benefited a lot, realized the importance of marketing skills and customer relationship. With the unceasing thirsty for improvement of Lanphan fellows, I’m sure that Lanphan would be an outstanding star in the foreign trade business. It’s our permanent pursuit to serve more and more clients over the whole world!
