Description

PTFE lined rubber expansion joints has features of vibration reduction, anti-corrosion, acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, flexible and rub resistance, mainly used for pipeline displacement, dimension change and vibration part connection, it can be used as supply and drainage pipeline for basin, chemical engineering, corrosion, vulcanization tank car equipment, also other special usage.

PTFE is short for Polytetrafluoroethylene, also known as Teflon, 4F. PTFE has excellent chemical stability and corrosion resistance, it’s one of the best corrosion resistance material in the world, except metallic sodium and liquid fluorine, PTFE is resistance to all chemicals, widely used in all corrosive environments. Besides, it has good sealing property, high lubricating property, electrical insulating property, good aging resistance, temperature resistance(can long-time work between -180℃ to 250℃).

Product features of PTFE lined rubber expansion joints:
High temperature resistance: working temperature is up to 250℃.
Low temperature resistance: has excellent machinery tenacity, even if the temperature drop to -196℃, it can maintain a 5% elongation.
Corrosion resistance: resistance to most chemicals.
